Chinatsu Aoyama

Chinatsu Aoyama is a Director at Fiera Capital Asia Japan, where she focuses on private markets coverage and business development, working closely with institutional investors in Japan. She brings in more than 20 years of experience in the Japanese market.

Prior to joining Fiera Capital, Chinatsu was a Director at HQ Capital, a global private equity firm, where she was responsible for business development and private equity investments in Japan. In this role, she promoted private asset strategies to a broad range of institutional and high‑net‑worth investors and managed long‑term investor relationships locally. She previously held similar responsibilities at Squadron Capital, an Asia‑focused private equity firm.

Earlier in her career, Chinatsu worked as a strategy consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, and began her career at Citigroup Private Bank in Tokyo.

Chinatsu holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Law from the University of Tokyo and is fluent in English and Japanese.
