Senior Principal, Consultant Relations
Dan Beaton is a Senior Principal on the Institutional Markets team at Fiera Capital Inc., where he is responsible for supporting business development and consultant relations across the U.S. He joined the firm in 2025 and brings over two decades of investment industry experience.
Prior to joining Fiera Capital, Dan spent nearly 13 years at NEPC, LLC as a Senior Consultant on the Defined Contribution team. In this role, he advised large and mega-market defined contribution plan sponsors and was the lead author of NEPC’s quarterly DC Legal & Regulatory updates and webinars.
Dan is an active member of the Defined Contribution Institutional Investment Association (DCIIA), where he has served as a Boston Ambassador and contributed to the Public Policy Committee.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology from Boston College. Dan holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses and is an Institutional Certified 401(k) Professional (iC(k)P).
